So that your body does not get used to the herbal extract, you should not take the same variety for longer than 6 weeks. It is better to take a one-week break or to start taking a new variety directly. Of course, if you don't drink Oxymel every day, you don't need to take it.
In the first two weeks of taking Oxymel, start with one variety, so that your intestines can get used to the secondary plant substances of the wild herbs and the naturally cloudy apple cider vinegar. After that you can slowly integrate more varieties - listen to your gut feeling, as always.
A thousand year old recipe, now rebranded! Traditionally, Oxymel is a tincture of raw honey, naturally cloudy apple cider vinegar and wild herbs that was made by and consumed by the ancient Greeks. At kruut, only natural organic honey, unpasteurized Demeter quality apple cider vinegar and hand-picked organic herbs are used for their modern version.
Naturally cloudy apple cider vinegar seems inconspicuous, but it's got a lot to offer. Due to the fermentation process in its production, it contains numerous minerals, trace elements and enzymes. It is also popular as an aid to support the body's natural digestion process. This all-rounder can do even more with many apple vinegar fans swearing by its beautifying effect and using it in natural hair conditioners or facial tonics.
