How to Use



To warm up your heating pad, remove the cover and place the pillow in the microwave (2 minutes at 600 W) or in the oven (approx. 20 minutes at 120 °C). To cool it, place it in the freezer (30-40 minutes). Thanks to the properties of the cherry pits, direct contact of the pillow with the body is harmless. So you don't need to worry about burns or cold burns.
